*Why did i not get a confirmation email for my order?
We are working diligently to resolve any glitches in the system and our staff is manually looking into each order to ensure confirmation emails and emails with product tracking information is sent.If you do not get confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customer support and we will resolve matters quickly and efficiently.
* Do i have to sign for the delivery or can it be dropped off?
Due to fraud prevention and to ensure that the order is delivered you will be required to sign for your delivery.If you are not home UPS will leave a door tag and you will be required to contact them to reschedule delivery.
*Does the mobile phones have a clean imei# ?
Yes all of our mobile phones are factory unlocked and will work with any gsm carrier.Devices DO NOT come with a sim card and you will be required to purchase sim separately or simply use your current sim card with new device.
*Can i come into your location and complete the purchase in person?
Certainly! You are more than welcome to come see us when ever you choose to do so provided that it is within business hour .Please check our hours and you may find our address and contact information under the contact us tab.
*Are the products new or refurbished ?
Yes all of our merchandise is new.Some items may not be in original packaging or box due to the original box being damaged while in transit.
*Why are the items listed at below market value ?
We have many sources to obtain new high end electronics that retailers do not wish to sell due to the packaging or box being damaged.We have contracts with many sources and get limited supplies of different kinds of electronics.We pay rock bottom prices for the products and in return allow our customers to also reap the benefits of rock bottom sizzling hot deals and pricing.
*Are the products covered by a warranty ?
Yes we offer a limited warranty on all of our products for 15 days after delivery.The 15 day period will begin when the tracking number from UPS shows item(s) delivered.From the date of delivery you will have 15 days to return your order and request a refund
You will either be refunded or the item will be replaced ,dependant upon your wishes.
*Why can i only buy 2 cell phones per order?
Due to federal law and local regulations we are only allowed to sell 2 per customer.You may place a seperate order for more at a later date if you wish to do so.
When will we begin accepting credit/debit cards again?
We are currently waiting for the applications to be approved for a new merchant account and hope it will be soon.
Where do i buy the money voucher cards to place an order?
You may purchase Green Dot Moneypak and Paypal Mycash cards at many locations such as Cvs, Rite Aid ,Walgreens ,Walmart ,7-eleven , and many other retailers simply ask at the register.
Why do we use electronic Money voucher cards for payment ?
It protects us from fraudulent purchases and chargebacks and ensures that it is the customer making the purchase and not someone using his/her credit/debit card.It also exempts us from the responsibility of handling customers sensitive information from their financial institutions(credit/debit card) and we dont have to worry about data breeches (as seen with target and home depot recently)
*How will my funds be refunded ?
You will be refunded with a postal money order made payable to the individual or the person that placed the order and it will be sent certified mail (signature required) to the address listed on the order form.
*How do I pay for an item ?
At this point and time the only payment method we can accept is electronic vouchers called Paypal My cash cards and Green Dot Money pak cards.Both cards have scratch off panels on the back and you will need to scratch off the panel and enter the digits on the website checkout area.
