**NOTE** All shipments will require signature upon delivery.In the event of an unsuccessful delivery UPS will leave a door tag on your door and you will then be required to contact UPS to arrange for delivery.Due to liability issues we are not able to leave your order on your doorstep without obtaining a signature as verification.

Warranty
Here at Discount Electronics we are incredibly proud of our reputation for high quality products and stand behind all of our products.Due to fraud prevention and liability reasons we can only offer a 15 day warranty after delivery for our products.Products will either be eligible for a refund (minus restocking fee percentage) replacement or repairs as specified by warranty.All warranty work is always performed in-house by one of our highly qualified technicians.We will check product serial numbers before we ship your item(s) so any returns must match serial mumbers of item(s) we shipped or your warranty and refund will be null and void and your item returned to you.
Electronics, parts, peripherals and accessories come with a 15 day warranty.
All warranty claims for drones, quadcopters and related parts/accessories are handled directly by the manufacturer.Please contact the manufacturer for any and all related warranty claims directly.
Warranty claim shipments to Discount Electronics are the responsibility of the customer.
What is not warranted:
Any issues caused by customer mishandling, abuse and/or installed software are not warranted
Products not purchased from Discount Electronics.
Products that do not exhibit the described reason for the return
Products with missing, damaged or illegible serial number label and/or manufacturer model or part number label
Products with physical damage (if damaged in shipment, contact customer service immediately upon receipt)
Defective items returned for warranty claims will be promptly repaired or replaced solely at Discount Electronics discretion. All returned items must be received in original condition and will be tested for reported defect before warranty work begins.
For any defective product(s) or returns you will need to contact us and fill out a return of merchandise form you may email us and we will send you the form in pdf format for you to print , fill out ,and return with your merchandise. Please include your Discount Electronics Order Number in the email correspondence so we can better assist you. This information allows us to accurately and efficiently process the return.
We must receive the returned product before a replacement will be shipped.
Computers or laptops returned without restore disc cannot be processed and will be held pending receipt of the disc.

Any product may be returned to Discount electronics within 15 days of the invoice date at the purchaser's expense if the product was ordered incorrectly or is simply no longer needed.
Note: Customer Service must be contacted within 15 days of invoice date. No returns will be processed after this period.

All Discount Electronics returns are thoroughly examined and tested for completeness and functionality upon receipt. Customer refunds will be issued based on the following criteria:
Confirmed defective returns:If a product return is tested and verified as being defective, we will issue a refund for the complete order amount including product purchase price, shipping, and any applicable sales tax.Returned products must be complete with all original parts, cables, accessories, manuals, etc.Incomplete items may be returned to the customer.
Remorse / non-defective returns: If we determine that a returned product is non-defective we will issue a refund for the purchased price of the product(s) and applicable tax (if any) minus 15% or $15 per item restocking fee (whichever is less). Returned products must be complete with all original parts, cables, accessories, manuals, etc. Incomplete items may be returned to the customer. The modest restocking fee is required to offset the returns processing / testing / process.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Item(s) must be received in original condition and in original retail packaging.
Item(s) should be securely packed.
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued via money order and will be sent to the address on order form and made payable to the person who made the order.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2:30pm Central Standard Time (CST) are typically shipped the same business day.
For items purchased on Discount Electronics we ship via UPS standard ground (free shipping 3-5 day) Please note:
UPS does not deliver on weekends nor holidays
Once your order ships, Discount Electronics will send you an automated email with the UPS tracking information.
